Camping at the Field & Additional Lodging
Travel Trailers and RV’s are welcome at the field; pets are okay but must be leashed; unfortunately, due to potential limited trailer spacing, spots are reserved initially for 3D/Freestyle pilots and vendors.
After a cutoff 2 weeks prior to the event, remaining spots will be open to other attendees at a modest fee.
At present, there are no Travel-Trailer and RV parking fees for pilots & vendors; however, non-pilots and spectators the fee is set at $15 per space.
As there are no sewage or water hookups the amenities at the field are designed for dry camping only.
You will need to provide your own power; however, new for TexomaRC in 2026 is the availability of 4 commercial electrical hookups - available by advanced reservation only. Cost is set at $25/night; There are 2-30A & 2-30/50A circuits.
In the event the options you desire are unavailable; there are quite a few RV Parks within a 10-15 minute drive to the field.
